The Challenge

IMD Solicitors initially approached Numero to provide cover during periods of annual leave within its accounts department. As the firm grew and its requirements evolved, it became clear that additional ongoing support would benefit the business while allowing internal resources to focus on other areas of the wider group.

The Solution

Following the initial holiday cover arrangement, Numero began providing day-to-day support with key accounting functions, including client account receipts and bank reconciliations. As the relationship developed, our role expanded further, and we now manage the majority of the accounts function for IMD Solicitors LLP.

This has enabled the firm’s internal accounts team to focus on supporting other businesses within the group, while retaining confidence that the day-to-day financial operations of the law firm are being managed efficiently and compliantly.

Over the years, we have also supported the firm through wider operational projects, including its transition to a new case management and accounts system. Our involvement included assisting with data validation and sign-off, reviewing accounting processes, and helping to align new workflows to ensure a smooth and compliant implementation.
